This thesis has investigated and analyzed the biological diversity and seasonal structure through field investigation, specimen collection and literature survey. Comprehensive assessment for the landscape quality also been made according to scenic forest landscape function features. A comparison of aero-anion and other environmental factors for eighteen plant communities in MOUNT XIJING forest park.Different typical landscape types are selected for the analysis and on this basis, the optimization measures are discussed as well. Specific research achievements are as follows:(1) MOUNT XIJING forest park has rich plant resources. There are7 Section 8 division 9 kinds of them belonging to Ferns, 3 sections 3divisions 4 species belonging to Gymnosperm, 48 Section 87 divisions 144 kinds and subspecies belonging to Angiosperms. The species richness of tree, shrub, grass, vine in 18 communities was 8.86, Gleason index 5.55, Margalef index 2.44, Simpson index 0.80, Shannon-Wienner index 1.58, Pielou index0.88.(2) Compared to a corresponding open space,the aero-anion effect was better in each plant community, their aero-anion concentration was much higher than comparation, and their individual aero-anion concentration was in the order of T.sinensis>C.cmphora>C.lanceolat -a> S.-superbaand C.glauca> C.glauca and C. sclerophylla> P. pubescens. According to the diurnal variation curvebetween 8:00 and 17:00,the aero-anion concentration tended to double peak from 9:00-10:00 and13:00-14:00. During a year, the air anion concentration changes sequently: summer> autumn> spring> winter.A correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation between aero-anion concentration and relative humidity,a significantnegative correlationbetween aero-anion concentration and temperature.(3) There are 3 excellent landscapes plots in comprehensive evaluation which accounts for 16.67%, 10 good landscapes which accounts for 55.56 %, 5 general landscapes which accounts for 27.78%. Compare each plant community, there are 1 excellent landscapes community,4 good landscape communities,1general landscape community .Overall, this park has good scenic forest landscape.(4) Optimization principles of forest landscape include protection of existing landscape features resources,increase landscape and forest stand structure diversity,selection of tree species as far as possible native trees,strengthen protection of ancient and famous trees,emphasis management on scenic forest of shrubs.
