It is an important pillar industry of two resource-based industries in Lishui,which are wood (bamboo) processing and mushroom. With these two industries, a huge amount of broad-leaved forest resource utilization,shortage of available resources.To develop forest raw materials of fast-growing and high-yield and short rotation is an urgent need and real choice of a local ecological recycling economy development and mountain building a moderately prosperous society. So, this conduct research of short rotation industrial wood supplying technology. The main results are as follows.1.Analysis collected 23 fast-growing species of seed germination rate from 10 regions, establishment of seedlings growth model of each species.Results showed that obvious differences in 23 species phenology diameter source parameters and growth parameters, either in height phenology parameters and growth parameters.2.Survey and Analysis on the Construction of Schima superba,Liquidambar formosana,Liriodendrom chinense Sarge,Choerospondias axillaris,Alder alnus glutinosa.The. effects analysis of silvicultural technical measures based on practice experience,the establishment of optimization cultivation model of industrial raw material forest.Analysis indicated that the performances of various species are fast-growing and high-yield in Longquan and Suichang as well as other favorable locations. Increasing stand growth and biomass of forest could be achieved by strengthening care.The effect of the density on initial production increase is significant.Stand growth of Liquidambar formosana Hance are the fastest in Mifengling of Longquan, while that of Liriodendron chinense are the fastest in Xingluwan Xiaomabu Village of Suichang. The fastest Stand growth of Choerospondias axillaris is in Sanrenqian Village of Suichang. The performance of Schima superba Gardn et Champ is the best in Mifengling Lanju Village. Alder alnus glutinosa performed well in all locations, but the fastest stand growth is in Mifengling Lanju Village of Longquan.According to growth characteristics of tree species will be the testing ground of industrial raw materials cultivation of timber species and management techniques to optimize the sum, the corresponding optimal planting pattern.For example, Liquidambar formosana Hance cultivated using the optimized mode, choosing good fertility mountain land in south or east elevation between 200~300 meter, slope between 20~25 degree in both downhill, red soil,thickness great than 80 centimeter, use spacing seedling planting of 2 x 2 meter.After cultivation and management in 2 to 9 years, forest harvesting can be used as raw material, diameter up to 3.4~15.3 centimeter, height up to 3~13.5meter, stands the trunk fresh weight 179.9~809.8 kg per hectare, timber Crude income 13.75-61.93dollar per hectare, the average annual income 6.9 dollar per hectare per year. 3.It studied the flood land forestation experiment in with 15 tree species poplar,Acer negundo Linn.,Choerospondias axillaris etc. in Bihu town,Liandu Lishui,estimated the optimal industrial material tree species, summed up the forestation management technical,optimized the planting model and built up the planting technical model suitable for flood land growth.Results showed that increases in DBH,tree height and volume of 8 different clone poplars in 2 years old were highly significantly different. Except that growth performance of 102/74 was worse than that of 35/66, growth performances of the other clone poplars were better than 35/66.Some broad-leaf species can well grow in bottomland, such as Melia azedarach,Acer negundo. The adaptability of Toona sinensis for growing in bottomland is poor. However, some species can not be planted in bottomland and will died due to extremely unsuitable for environment, such as alder, Toona ciliata var, etc.Clone poplar with high adaptability can be planted in bottomland. The cultivated key techniques (fertilization, planting density, etc.) have been tested. Combined with a variety of tending measures, the optimal scheme for building intensive cultivation mode includes three parts:(1)fertilization at beginning of afforestation,(2) planting density of 167 stems/mu,and (3)fertilizer in 200g/stem. Results of the investigation in late 2008 showed the average DBH of poplar was 11.4 cm and average tree height of 12.4m. The volume is 9.98m3, and the annual average volume is 2.0 m3/mu.
