Examination And Investigation Of Small Tractors' Performance Index In Jiangsuprovince

In recent years, along with attaching importance to the agricultural production, our country was enlarging the agricultural investment dynamics. The quantity and the type of the farm machinery have been developing quickly, and the gross power of the farm machinery and the quantity of the agricultural tools have increased year by year, which pushed on the advancement of the agriculture mechanization powerfully. In the actual use, however, the deteriorating condition of the being-used farm machinery technology not only influenced the work efficiency and the benefit of farm machinery directly, but also led to the waste of energy and the environmental pollution. Therefore, it has the very vital significance to the sustained development of our country's agriculture mechanization to examine the actual technical condition of the farm machinery, to research and analyze the factors which affect the being-used farm machinery technology condition, and to take the associated measures to guarantee the technical condition of the being-used farm machinery pointedly. This article analyzes and researches the related factors which affect the technology condition of the being-used small tractors by sampling the main performance index of them and doing questionnaire survey among tractor drivers in the foundation of summarizing and absorbing others research results.First, examine the power, the oil consumption, the smoke value of many being-used small tractors by using the engine power oil consumption instrumentation and the diesel engine smoke instrumentation so as to gather the related data which reflects the main performance in the process of using the small tractors. Then at the same time, make inquiries about the drivers of the examined tractors according to their personnel basic condition, the tractors' behavior in service, the tractors' maintenance and repair condition, the different levels of the tractor drivers' understanding condition, choice condition, and the expectation of energy-saving and emission reduction.Next, carry on statistical analysis of the examination and investigation data by using EXCEL and SPSS 16.0 (a statistics software). On one hand, the rule of which each main performance index changes along with the period of revolution in the process of use and the correlation of the related technique standard will be studied. On the other hand, we'll research the influence on the changes of tractors' behavior in service caused by different levels as following:the drivers' age and educational level, maintenance and repair behavior, awareness of energy-saving and emission reduction, the choice of measures to save energy and reduce emission and each performance indicator of small tractors through the analysis of variance analysis. Researches indicated that each main performance index of tractors is getting worse gradually along with the period of revolution in the course of use. And in the tractors' actual use process, smoke exceeds the allowed figure most seriously. Then oil consumption exceeding the allowed figure, and relatively the power is the best. We discover in the researches that several factors have obvious influence on tractors' technical condition, such as the drivers' age and educational level, the tractors' work type and overload condition, the tractors' maintenance condition, the replacement machine oil condition, and the preventative maintenance condition, and drivers' awareness of energy-saving and emission reduction and so on. While the drivers' choice condition and the expectation of energy-saving and emission reduction have no obvious influence on tractors' technical condition.Thirdly, policy suggestion will be proposed to solve the question in view of each kind of factor analyzed in this topic, which affects small tractors' technical position. And in order to guarantee being-used small tractors' technical condition, we should strengthen the management of implement the compulsory abandonment, improving the personnel quality, the scientific maintenance and repair, the elimination of overload, the enhancement of energy saving and environmental protection awareness and so on.Finally, this article proposed the limitation and problems of this research, and put forward the proposal to continue further study.
