Research On Generation Technology Of Tractor Operation Report Based On CAN Data

Chinese agricultural modernization.Heilongjiang Agricultural Area has applied a large number of imported foreign tractors equipped with CAN bus.according to the CAN data of tractor operation,it can reflect the status of tractor operations,as a basis for evaluating the tractor operating conditions.However,due to the current research on the CAN bus of tractors in the initial stage,the CAN data of the tractor operation cannot be fully utilized.In order to better use the CAN bus functions of the tractors and improve the management level of the agricultural machinery,this paper takes the CAN bus data of the tractor as the research.Based on the design and research of tractor job report to generate techniques,the development of tractor job report to generate software,the generation of tractor job reports to analze tractors operating conditions,and provide a reliable basis for the management of agricultural operations.First of all,by analyzing the application of domestic and foreign agricultural CAN bus technology,the application for the status quo of China’s agricultural CAN bus,identify research objectives,contents,methods and technical route,research and clear thinking.Then a tractor equipped with CAN bus via,the CAN data logger resolved CAN data collected in actual operation of the tractor,with ISO11783 protocol,the parsed time job,job location,job area,job change latitude and longitude,the engine speed changing information.Using VB software design theory,using VB’s simple,reliable,practical and other performance,research and development of tractor job report generation system,generate tractor job report.Finally,combining with the actual work situation of the tractor,the load condition,fuel consumption,effective working time and unit matching of the tractor during operation were analyzed,and suggestions were made from the dynamic and economic aspects of the tractor operation,and applied to the management of agricultural machinery operation.The research shows that the CAN data of tractor operation can truly reflect the tractor operating conditions,and the tractor job report generating software can quickly and easily express the tractor operation status with easy-to-understand data and maps,so as to provide targeted suggestion to solve the tractor working problems.Reasonable use of tractor operation CAN data will help improve the efficiency of tractor operations and improve the level of farm machinery management.
