Study on the subject possesses the important to the long period development of the Hunan Province agriculture, especially making clear that the costs,revenues,benefits and the major influence factor that exists in the rice production, and knowing the methods and ways to Reduce costs and raise benefits of rice production, It provides theory basis for agriculture production structure adjustment and rural area policy.Analyzing the cost structure,revenues,benefits and their factors in the rice production. combing Hunan Province rice industrial real circumstances, and the methods and ways to Reduce costs and raise benefits of rice production are proposed by adopting the comparative and dialectical analyzing methods. The result shows that:(1)Labor costs, machinery costs and fertilizer costs are the major cost of rice production, Rice grain output and state subsidies for rice production are source of income, and the efficiency of rice production is lower Relatively; (2)The vulnerability of agricultural infrastructure,rising prices of production lower science and technology penetration lack of intensity of food subsidies,low selling price of rice and the overall low quality of rice farmers are factors to affect costs and benefits of rice production in Hunan; (3)It is the method to reduce rice production costs, increase revenue, increase efficiency and achieve the purpose of efficiency of the section by strengthening the rice fields of infrastructure construction, stable prices of agricultural production, further improving the price of rice, increasing grain subsidies,improving the rural circulation system and increasing investment in agricultural education,science and technology. |
