Comprehensively promoting the construction of modern forestry is to implement the basic requirements of the scientific concept of development; the construction of information technology is an important breakthrough in modern forestry construction. While forestry information sharing is the effective way to fully develop and utilize forestry information resources, which is also the core strategy and inevitable trend of the forestry informatization.At present, the forestry information sharing still remains at the stage of data format conversion and database sharing. And then, with the rise and development of cloud computing, the effectively using of cloud computing and its related technology will bring revolutionary change to the forestry information sharing. Based on the further investigation and study to the current situation and the exits problems of forestry information sharing, combining with the theory of cloud computing, The paper has analyzed the sharing demanding of the forestry information, and constructed a forestry information sharing services platform based on Windows Azure, using the method of software engineering development. The platform, has realized the maximization of forestry information sharing using the Windows Azure cloud platform technology, which adopts the platform as Service (PaaS) and Data as Service (DaaS) service mode of cloud computing. In this platform, users can access and call your service anytime and anywhere you need, and also can release your own services. The paper has carried on study as follows:(1)Through the investigation and study to the current situation of forestry information sharing, the paper has proposed the main exists problems in forestry information, and combing with the theory of cloud computing, has expounded the advantage and prospects of the cloud computing application in forestry information sharing. (2)The study on the cloud computing technology:The paper focuses on studying its basic principles, system structure and key technologies, and has elaborated its service delivery model and the current popular cloud platform.(3)Through the studying on the service mode of cloud computing, the paper has proposed the cloud computing application mode in the forestry information sharing, which is building the forestry information sharing service platform to realize the forestry information sharing using the PaaS Services mode of cloud computing.(4)The study on Windows Azure cloud computing platform:The paper has mainly studied the main function, integral parts and deploying management of the Windows Azure cloud platform, And placed emphasis on analyzing how to use Windows Azure to build their own application platform, and the computing and data storage service's realization in this platform, which has laid the technical foundation for building a forestry information sharing service cloud platform.(5)On the basis of the analysis of forestry information sharing demanding, using the technology of the Windows Azure cloud, The paper has built the forestry information sharing service platform, and overall designed its system architecture, function structure, database and operation mode. Meanwhile, The paper also gives a detailed design on some key modules of the platform, which are the modules of Service registration, Service releases. Service approval, User management and Permissions management, what main function and operation flow has been elaborated as well.(6)On the basis of the overall design of the platform, the paper has fulfilled the forestry information service platform development based on the Windows Azure, what development environment, technology tools, as well as major development steps are all elaborated as well. The study has fulfilled the running and test of local platform in Windows Azure cloud simulation environment, and has showed the main results of the platform after the operation. It is proved that the method of building forestry information sharing service platform in Windows Azure is feasible and reasonable.(7)By the way of the Windows Azure cloud platform deployment, the paper has realized the successful deployment of the Forestry Information shared services platform in cloud, and have tested the performance and stability of the platform, It tested that the platform can satisfy the requirements. Finally, due to forestry information data security, the paper proposed the cloud security strategy of the forestry information service platform, to ensure the safety and stability of the platform.As a new shared services architecture approach, Cloud computing undoubtedly brings opportunity to the construction of forestry information sharing. The cloud computing application in the construction of forestry information sharing is an innovative thinking, which has the feasibility in theory and practice, as well as considerable research prospects. It will greatly promote the development of the progress of the forestry informatization.
