| Forest fires,it is known to be one of the most unpredictable disasters in the early stage,with the most frequent outbreaks and the most obstacles to rescue.Forests in Area M account for 51.17% of the total area of the area,fires are common in the jungle.However,the emergency resources,rescue forces,and disposal capabilities of any region or unit are limited.In emergency response,it is particularly important to establish a cross-regional and cross-unit multi-agent linkage mechanism to deal with forest fires.Exploring the establishment of a forest fire emergency response linkage system that is accord with the physical truth of M District is of great significance to maintaining ecological and social stability.This article focuses on the emergency response linkage mode of forest fires,discuss and analyze the characteristics of forest fires in area M,the status quo of emergency response,the influencing factors of linkage mode,existing problems and causes from multiple angles,point out the necessity and urgency of optimizing the linkage mode of emergency response after the institutional reform.Outline concepts such as application collaboration and seamless government,select methods such as questionnaires and interviews,to classify out and consider the researcher of external and internal emergency response linkage patterns,contrastive analysis is made on the background of the formation of the four common linkage modes,and the advantages and disadvantages of their disposal.From a system perspective,analyze the emergency handling situation of forest fire in M area and the current emergency linkage mode,propose the construction of an optimization framework for the linkage mode of fire urgency treatment in M area and put onward optimization recommendation. |
