Clinical Observation On Thirty Sepsis Patients Treated With "Tiao-Qi-Tong-Fu" Therapy

Objective: By observing the clinical effect and influence of"Tiao-Qi-Tong-Fu"therapy to sepsis patients,so as to explore new ideas and effective prescriptions to sepsis patients。Methods: Our study was performed to the diagnostic criteria of sepsis at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM。We conducted a prospective case-control study on 60 sepsis patients in ICU from October 2009 to October 2010。The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the contrast group。The treatment group was treated with"Tiao-Qi-Tong-Fu"zinifang except for common western medicine therapy,while the contrast group was treated with common western medicine therapy。On the first day before starts of treatment and day after the treatment,we recorded the APACHEⅡscore, the MEDS score, the zhongyizhengzhuang score, and the investigated parameters。All data were analyzed with SPSS17.0。Results:2 weeks later, we found total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%, compared with contrast group, which was predominant difference (P<0.05)。At the same time, we found this therapy can significantly decreased the level of APACHEⅡscore,zhongyizhengzhuang score, T, P, WBC, NEU, NEU%, PLT, C3, C4, CRP and apparent increase the level of APTT, TT。Compared with contrast group, there are predominant difference(P<0.05或P<0.01)。Conclusions: This clinical observation found that"Tiao-Qi-Tong-Fu"therapy have a good effect to sepsis patients, it can significantly improve the zhongyizhengzhuang of sepsis patients, decreasing the serious level of disease and improving the prognosticate。It indicates that TCM plays an important role in the treatment of critical disease。...
