Objective:to discuss the color doppler ultrasound observing the ureter jet to test the renal function and compared to the renography. Methods:choose the 30 cases of the healthy examination staff and 50 patients with renal function impairment dignosed with renography, the patients drink 500ml water, After 45 minutes, then observe the bilateral urine jet with color Doppler and measure the frequency, peak velocity, duration time to determine the extent of renal impairment and compared with the renogram. Results:The healthy side of the ureter, the urine flow color is bright and the ureter jet 4 to 8 per minute times, the time durate 5.8~8.6s,the urinary peak is 22~49cm/s. When the renal function impaired, the flow range become shortening,the color become dim, the frequency reduced in the affected side, In severe cases,the ureters have no urinary display. Conclusion:The reduction of the indicators of ureteral urine and renal function was proportional to the extent of the damage. By observing the ureter can determine whether the renal function is impaired and extent of the damage, and consistent with extent of impaired renal function determined with the renography...
