The Analysis Of Current Situations And Solutions Of Teaching Chinese Language In High School Thailand

Nowadays, second language studies in Thailand develop rapidly, especially study Chinese language for making business relationship with China. The Ministry of Education in Thailand engaged to have Chinese language class in high schools level but they didn't prepare Chinese language curriculum still find out some problems. This paper describes about current situations and existing problems of Chinese teaching in high schools of Thailand.Base on the author's own intern experiences in Demonstration School of Rajabhat Suan Sunandha University and understand about Chinese teachers and high school student's situation also find out Office of the Basic Education Commission and Hanban trying to solve these problems. This paper research by send questionnaires to 245 high schools student in Thailand and the result shows current situations, problems and try to offer possible solutions.This article divided into three chapters:The introduction section said about current situation, problems and solutions in studying second language in high school level. The methods of research and results for understand Chinese teaching in High schools of Thailand.The first chapter explains about Chinese teaching current development, Thai teacher's situations, teaching materials and Thai government engages Chinese language.The second chapter mainly from author's research and find out Chinese teaching's current problems are Chinese language teachers, Chinese language curriculum, High school student's problem and lack of teaching materials.The third chapter try to offer possible solutions by The Ministry of Education in Thailand and Hanban cooperates in develop Thai teachers and teaching materials.
