Content:In The Outline of Curriculum Reform in Elementary Education, it is said that the application of modern Information Technology to the teaching process should improve, and take the advantages of Information Technology to promote the reform of teaching process. On the other hand, it can provide a suitable situation and an available material for the students to study well.The thesis contains seven chapters. Chapter three to five are the key points. First, through using the data studies to look up documentations such as" integrating information technology into curriculum"," integrating information technology into teaching listening comprehension of teaching Chinese as a second language". The theory of optimization of instruction, constructivism learning theory, communication theories provide theoretical base for socialism building, the author does a research and come up with the problem appearing in the listening teaching of TCSL, for example the problems of teachers misunderstand the integration, students have little the awareness of autonomy in learning, resource utilization unreasonable. After analys the problems in depth, author tells the enlightenments of teaching, according to the author's own teaching experience. The author analyzes the effective model based on the teaching of "The Original Chinese-Primary Live Listening Course", which can improve the students' ability of getting and dealing with information, cultivate the students' strategy about listening in the course of teaching listening comprehension of teaching Chinese as a second language and experience the interest of study. At last the author analysis the efficiency of the combination of IT and the listening teaching of TCSL in the case study such as improving the Class Efficiency.The thesis offers the opinion of all-around integration information technology into teaching listening comprehension of teaching Chinese as a second language by way of practice and theory. Information Technology is considered as the resource of materials, the platform of communication and the tools of cognition. Information Technology should fused with the listening teaching of TCSL, in order to make full use of the teaching resource and yield the greatest potential of Information Technology. The listening teaching of TCSL should be carried out in high quality and efficiency with the limited material base, thereby promoting growth teaching listening comprehension of TCSL.
