At the beginning of twenty-first Century,the development of information technology was leaping forward.Its Internet plus,big data and advanced technology of cloud computing are leading people's work and life style to evolve qualitatively.At the same time,the well-being of technology also covers the whole field of education.Educational technology,as a forward-looking research position of education,also constantly absorbs and internalizes new ideas of teaching technology.Among them,the theoretical framework of the integration of information technology and subject content is enriching its own ontological concept and constantly evolving and developing,thus promoting and influencing teaching.Through literature review,analysis and previous visits,it is found that the current teaching situation of English listening and speaking course in s University is not ideal.From the perspective of the integration of information technology and subject content,there are a number of teaching problems,and the most important problem is that the teaching design is obsolete,single,and the application of technical tools in teaching is stiff,superficial,and divorced from the actual teaching.As the primary practical function of English,College English listening and speaking course plays an important role in improving college students' English ability.Therefore,it is urgent to solve this practical teaching problem.The theory of information technology and curriculum integration provides a timely and reasonable solution to this problem.Under the guidance of the theoretical framework of information technology and curriculum integration,this paper first measures the TPACK level of English teachers in s University to explore the level of teachers' information-based teaching,and then studies the whole teaching design Teaching process re-engineering can evaluate and improve students' English listening and speaking ability.Through scientific and systematic practice and data analysis,it is found that the teaching optimization design under the guidance of the theoretical framework of information technology and curriculum integration can improve the English teaching effect to a certain extent,that is,the students' English listening and speaking ability in s University,.similar practical problems.
