Establish Public Discussion Platform

Internet star is a special phenomenon of China in the process of the development of the Internet age. It satisfied some psychological needs. The paper discusses the relationship between the art work dissemination and the star dissemination and reflects that the public discussion is good for the art work dissemination, trying to give some advices.This paper adopts network survey and cultural studies, and researches the net star, push hands, the art work communicating, and it is possibility that the pushs have a good spread to art works, guiding the public discuss the art work.
