Public art elective course construction is an educational policy, which is the Ministry of Education in order to implement the development of quality education, and to promote the implementation of the school art education (education ministry make the 13). As public art course, "Appreciation and pedagogy of piano" meets the students interests and hobbies to the piano greatly. "Appreciation and pedagogy of piano", a public art elective course mainly faced with the music professional students. Not only it is the way to make students understand the piano music, but also it is the important embodiment of elective courses system. the thesis, aimed at the curriculum and classroom teaching situation in the teaching practice, compare and analyze the students who are given lessons with the form of questionnaire survey.
