| In recent years,the cultural and creative industries have been called “sunrise industries”or “gold industries” by countries around the world,with the ever-increasing sense of innovation,it is booming at an alarming rate,leading and changing the growth mode of the world economy,It is becoming a strategic industries that all countries in the world are competing to develop.China’s cultural and creative industries have made gratifying achievements in recent years,but inevitably a series of problems have emerged.The intensity and efficiency of financial support are the issues most concerned by the cultural and creative industries.In this paper,the research focuses on: The development status of China’s financial support for cultural and creative industries;the current financial support for cultural and creative industries,there are deficiencies in the international arena what experiences can be used for reference;measures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of financial support for the development of cultural and creative industries;and many more.This article adopts the research mentality of "theoretical guidance-present situation analysis-experience reference-countermeasure research",based on the study of relevant literature,combined with my own understanding of the needs of cultural and creative enterprises in their work,this paper compares and draws on international experience,puts forward by the government through strengthening financial support,continuous implementation of preferential tax policies,improve the efficiency of the use of financial resources and other methods to create a good policy environment;Give play to the role of financial leverage,improve intermediary services,establish a platform for bank-enterprise communication and cooperation and other means to meet the financing needs of enterprises.Give full play to the positive role of financial support in pushing forward the development of cultural and creative industries. |
