Shanxi Ancient Village Landscape Composition And Tourism Development

As a traditional human living space, ancient village is a microcosm of thousands of years of Chinese farming culture. Culture is the most important carrier in the development of ancient village tourism. In recent years, ancient village has attracted large quantities of tourists as a kind of tourism resource with rich connotation. It can well meet contemporary people's aesthetic entertainment and other experience demands. In order to improve the tourism attraction in developing ancient village resources, it is very important to exploit ancient village tourism landscape from the cultural angel.After widely reading the related literature about ancient village, this paper concludes the development of ancient tourism research at home and abroad and analyzes the components of ancient village tourism landscape from the perspective of ancient village culture. Firstly, this paper classifies all landscape elements under the cultural background with recessive and dominant as the ruler and establishes the corresponding landscape classification system, instead of adopting the traditional humanity, nature and other basic landscape classification. Secondly, on the basis, this paper summarizes and concludes the characteristics of Shanxi ancient village cultural landscape. Thirdly, this paper makes empirical surveys on some of Shanxi ancient villages that are studied less at present. The author takes on-the-spot investigation on some of Shanxi ancient villages to have a deeper perceptual knowledge of landscape culture. Besides, the author designs questionnaires about ancient village tourism cultural landscape. It is the rational basis to gain data of tourists'comment on experiencing Shanxi ancient village tourism cultural landscape. This paper attempts to adopt the knowledge of ancient village under new cultural background, which can not only enrich and perfect the related theories of tourism subject, but also can provide references for tourists to make decisions and for tourism development of the ancient village management department from the practical level.Based on the development of Shanxi ancient village tourism, this paper raises protection, tourism development and construction, and other strategies about Shanxi ancient villages. Research results show that Shanxi ancient village landscape is of full structure and types, with the dominant landscape as the major and unique recessive landscape; the analysis of the research on tourists'behavior shows that tourists have the core appeal for historical and cultural features, traditional culture, folk custom, etc. in ancient village landscape resources. The tourism market of ancient village culture has large space to grow. Culture is always the way for ancient village tourism development. Under the guidance of sustainable development principle, it is of great help for the future development of Shanxi ancient villages to deeply explore the cultural charm of Shanxi ancient villages, greatly develop ancient village tourism, and then form a certain cultural tourism industry.
