Study On The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside In Ethical Perspective

New rural construction of socialism is one important task in contemporary China. To realizenew rural construction of socialism, it is necessary to develop the economy and agriculture toconsolidate economic base for rural development, and it is also necessary to strengthen the ethicsconstruction and to strive to create a good rural folk tradition to realize rural outlook of the newchanges. The goal of constructing new socialist countryside also contains the ethical demands.The author analyzed the connotation of new countryside construction and its ethicalimplication. The" production development" requires reality and pragmatic," affluent life" requiresfor high quality and spirits," countryside civilization" requires for kindness and civilization," tidyvillage" requires for elegance and self-discipline, and " democratic management" requirementsfor rules and justice. But present practice of building a new socialist countryside falls into anethical dilemma. Many ethical issues appear. The second chapter analyzed these issues from theaspects of the public ethics, family ethics, environmental ethics, economic ethics. These issuescontains a weakening of traditional mutual trust ethics, deviation of respecting for the young andthe old, lack of harmony thought between person and ground and civilization of justice concept.There are many reasons for these problems. The third chapter analyzed the reasons fromeconomic, political and cultural aspects. In economic aspects, it refers to the negative effect fromthe market economy and the gap between the rich and the poor in the urban and rural; In politicaland social aspects, it refers to thought conflicts caused by rural social changes, weakmanagement of basic administrative and influences of corruption; in cultural perspective, it refersto the development of public rural culture behind the times and the negative effects of thetraditional culture and the inherent way of farmers' thinking.To promote new rural construction of socialism and to get rid of the ethical dilemmagradually, we should apply the scientific development concept to promote the development ofrural economy, break system obstacles, and create a fair atmosphere for the development. Thefourth chapter put forward some countermeasures. We should put the thought of ecological ethicsinto the new rural construction, to realize rural ecological production and rational life. We shouldstrengthen the construction of rural grass-roots power, cultivate rational administrative ethics,strengthen the rural Ideological and cultural construction, and create a positive culture ethicsatmosphere.
