The teaching of fine art is the basic channel to facilitate the integrated development of the deaf people and their integrating with the society. Teachers and officers of deaf education have made efforts on curriculum reform, but are underdeveloped in comparing with the ordinary education. Some teachers overstressed the specialty of deaf education and showed little interests and initiation in the new education theory. Therefore, it is imperative to make researches on it. There are generalities and also specialties between deaf schools and ordinary education, concerning the senior teaching method of gouache scenery sketch. The author has made efforts on the teaching method basing on constructivism with views to make insightful suggestions as follows:First, make fixed position on teaching aims and objectives; concentrate on developing the sense of colors, and make foundations on further high education and vocational education of fine arts.Second, develop unique specialty of deaf students, instruct and protest perceptive sense of arts, make reflections on the process of building sense of arts.Third, introduce constructivism to the teaching method of fine arts; make tentative efforts on intruding constructivism to the teachers of fine arts. Make efforts on senior teaching of fine arts of deaf school basing on the theory of constructivism; improve students'sense of color in scientific orders, highlight the value of senior teaching of gouache scenery sketch.
