Research Of The Ruthless Officials In Western Han Dynasty

This paper is focus on the ruthless officials in western Han Dynasty as research object, base on the historical data collected in ruthless officials, reference some scholars in the study of positive results, using traditional historiography and quantitative research methods, more systematically discussed the causes of the ruthless officials in western Han Hynasty, the development process and the function and characteristics of the content of life. On this basis, try to analyze the types of the ruthless officials in western Han Dynasty.The ruthless officials imerged in Han Dynasty with some complicated factors, its evolution process and function of the development are also with the changes of political dynasty. As a special bureaucratic group, they have their own group particularly obvious characteristics, and is quite different with other officers group. In addition, in the western Han Dynasty, the ruthless officials have different attitudes toward law,so this goup can be divided into "in law" and "use law", this is our understanding of the the ruthless officials group,and is the foundation of objective and fair evaluation of the western Han Dynasty's ruthless officials.
