Xingshiyan,Erke Paian Jingqi and Xingshi Hengyan are three important vernacular novels in Ming Dynasty.The degree of spoken language of them is relatively high,the version and age of them are more reliable.So the three novels are important basic linguistic materials which are used to study Chinese in Ming Dynasty.The methods of the study in the article include: the exhausted description Combined with the enumerative research,the quantitative statistics Combined with the qualitative analysis, the synchronic comparisions Combined with the historical comparisions.We divide the 28 object prepositions altogether in the three novels in Ming Dynasty into 3 parts,which are mainly based on the semantic marking function in the semantic plane.The 8 agentive object prepositions include"Yu1,Wei1,Bei,Zhuo,Yu1,Chi,Jiao,Ba1",the 3 patient object prepositions include"Yi,Ba2,Jiang",the 17 concerned object prepositions include"Yu2,Tong,Yutong,He,Bing,Gen,Dui,Chao,Xiang,Wen,Yu2,Bi,Si,Ru,Wei2,Ti".By describing each object preposition point for point from the standpoint of the grammatical function category, we reveal the total appearance of the object prepositions quite comprehensive.On that basis,we investigate some characteristic in the three novels in Ming Dynasty from the standpoint of the grammaticalized category. Besides the explanation in the synchronic plane ,we also should take the function of the grammaticalized discipline into account.On the basis of the study on object prepositions in three novels in Ming Dynasty, we select patient object prepositions which exist in the three novels in Ming Dynasty ,and then we carry out the historical comparision upward with XinBian WuDaiShi PingHua and XinJiao YuanKanZaJu SanShiZhong which are two representative linguistic materials in Yuan Dynasty, downward with ErNv YingXiongZhuan and A Dream in Red Mansions which are two representative linguistic materials in Qing Dynasty.
