Facing the further development of the "one belt and one way" construction and the rapid development of China's foreign trade,China's international influence is increasingly expanding,making the people all over the world want to understand the contemporary China directly.Thailand is the most important stop on the Maritime Silk Road.The development of Chinese teaching in Thailand is the best in Southeast Asian countries.Chinese learners are more and more day by day,but Chinese teachers are not.The shortage of teachers is becoming more and more serious.So every year,the National Office of Chinese Language Teachers sends a large number of volunteers to teach in Thailand.Volunteers who leave their homes and distant relatives must learn to understand Thai culture and natural environment and adapt to the local way of life.In the process,communicating with local people is a major problem for Chinese teachers going to Thailand.Their interpersonal communication in foreign countries often has cross-cultural problems.This kind of cross-cultural interpersonal communication affects every aspect of Chinese teachers volunteers life and work.In order to enable Chinese volunteers to better live and work in Thailand,the author made a detailed survey of the life and work of Chinese volunteers in Thailand,and tried to provide them with more useful suggestions.This article investigates the cross-cultural communication of volunteer Chinese teachers in Thailand by means of questionnaires.In practice,a questionnaire designed for this study was used to investigate the cross-cultural communication of Chinese teachers volunteers who went to Thailand.After that the detailed analysis is carried out and the methods to solve the problems are put forward.
