Specifically for this study, the different Shenyang career aspirations of college students as research to understand the Shenyang Characteristics and career aspirations of students and general self-efficacy and the relationship between personality characteristics. In this study, a random sampling method selected Shenyang five universities, namely:Shenyang Agricultural University, Shenyang Polytechnic University, Shenyang Normal University, Shenyang University and Shenyang Equipment Institute 500 college students as subjects, the use of questionnaires measuring method of Shenyang area college students Surveying. Sample covers a variety of school levels, different professions, different grades of students, as do scientific sampling, but due to practical problems are not the ideal selection of samples. The results of this study show that the career aspirations of students is slightly different with the previous conclusions, the following conclusions:1. Students in the development of future career aspirations, interpersonal relationships, working conditions, wages and other dimensions of the gender differences were not significant. The only challenge to the future, contribute to society on the two dimensions of gender differences. It can be seen from the average contribution to society in the challenges of the future and female scores on these two dimensions were significantly higher than boys.2. Different schools in the career aspirations of students on each dimension than the dimension relationship was not significant, the other dimensions of difference between students from different schools is extremely significant. From the average of each dimension can be seen, Shenyang University of Technology in the career aspirations of students the average score on each dimension were lower than the other four college students.3. Career aspirations relationships, the challenges ahead, wages and other dimensions of the different scores on the professional college there were no significant differences. In the development prospects and contribute to society, the working environment dimension scores were significantly different.4. Career aspirations of students at different school levels, the scores shown in Table 2-5, career aspirations relationships, the challenges ahead, wages and other dimensions in the school level, there was no significant difference. Career aspiration of students at different school prospects dimension level scores were significantly different, and contribute to society and the social environment of these two dimensions in a different school levels and a significant difference in scores.5. Career aspirations of students in different grades than scores on the interpersonal challenges of the next two dimensions was not significant, but others such as development prospects, wages (and other dimensions were significantly different, in addition, the contribution to society and working environment of different grades of students scoring has reached an extremely significant difference in the degree. the wages of the average dimension to graduate school freshman, sophomore, junior, senior students in the average is much higher.6. The general self-efficacy and the development prospects of career aspirations, interpersonal relationships and contribute to society and the work environment extremely significant dimension related and generally self-efficacy on career aspirations of these dimensions have better predictability.7. Personality characteristics and career prospects, relationships, working conditions and wages and other significant correlation between the dimensions and personality traits to career aspirations of the several dimensions of the better predictors.8. Student personality characteristics and general self-efficacy of students with better career aspirations predict.
