This thesis is the research, based on CLT, and about the teaching method which fits to Korean high school's second foreign language education environment. We researched this with the principles of practical application of theories.First, we started to introduce result of our ancestors in this thesis. Followed by CLT, which is the core theory of this paper, Grammar-Translation Method, Audio-Lingual Method, Community Language Learning are introduced in turns. Secondly, I carried out the detailed research about policy of Korean second language and environment of teaching learning. Through this research, I could understand the difficulties and problems during the course of teaching learning. Thirdly, I discussed concrete plans of teaching learning. Three steps were discussed in this plan. First, I divide teaching of communication function into four parts: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Finally, a linguistic methodologist and communicative approach, Linguistic methodologist was divide into Chinese character teaching method, vocabulary teaching method, grammar teaching method and communicative approach was divided into Listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Lastly, based on every research and result, I designed real teaching learning instruction.
