Task-based language teaching combined with the skills of game can be helpful for students'communication skills of Chinese. This teaching method lets task as its main unit for the designing even for implementation of Chinese language instruction. It demands learners to solve by using the Chinese. It provides an environment similar to natural language acquisition and many chances to use it in real communication, chatting and meaning negotiation between language learners. Therefore, it emphasizes"learning by doing".This thesis mainly discusses the concept of task, task-based teaching method, themethod with the form of game, Chinese culture, the feasibility study of the method, and the applications in Chinese speaking and writing classes etc. This method focuseson how to use language in real communication environment. And in the form of game. it can attract the students'interests. The above mentioned is supposed to be useful in training students'communicative ability.
