Into the 21st century, the human resources has become the core competitiveness of the company. From China's current development of human resource management, 'Our human resource management system still exist gap with the Western developed countries. All research of the employee-organization relationship has become an important issue.Career self-management theory is a behavior theory to quantify the employees" measures in the process of career planning for their own career prospects. It is the new and important research content and direction of current human resource management. Therefore, the research of career self-management will improve the development of the relationship of employee and organization.Organization support is the theory of examining employee's attitudes and the organizational behavior, and it's the base of studying of employees-organizational relationship, the author attempts to examine the career self-management behavior through organization support, and how to influence, and provide the relevant theoretical basis.The author established the research framework of organizational support and career self-management behaviors through literature study. And we get survey data through using questionnaires from different types of company in Chengdu and Dongguan. And then we get the conclusions through statistical software SPSS 17.0 and LISREL8.7 data analysis.(l)The employee's level of Perceived Organizational Support and career self-management behavior are in the mid to upper.(2) Part of the control variables have a significant impact on organizational support and career self-management.(3) Organizational support has a significant impact on career self-management. Working Support has a significant impact on Focusing on the Relationship. Concerning about the Interests has a significant impact on Career Exploration and Career Goals and Strategy. Appreciating the Value has a significant impact on Career Exploration. Career Goals and Strategy. Self-presentation and Focusing on the Relationship.
