The Research On Undergraduates' Positive Illusion And Its Relationships With Well-being

Purpose:This thesis compiles the positive illusion questionnaire for upgraduates to explore the relationship positive illusion and well-being.Methodology:This thesis takes 580 upgraduates from Nanchang University and Jiangxi Economic Administration College as research objects, with the self-compiled positive illusion questionnaire for upgraduates and the comprehensive well-being questionnaire as tools, and using SPSS 17.0 and LISREL8.70 for data processing.Results:1, Positive illusion includes three dimensions which are idealization, controllability and optimism. And the self-compiled positive illusion questionnaire for upgraduates has better reliability and validity, which has reached the psychological measurement standard.2, The average score of positive illusion and its dimensions of upgraduates is all above the general level. The score of ordinary upgraduates is higher than that of upgraduate cadres; and the score of seniors is higher than that of sophomores; the upgraduates who learn engineering get a higher score than those who learn arts, science and medicine; and the upgraduates with a good social relationship get a higher score than those with a normal or bad social relationship.3, There is a significant positive correlation between the positive illusion of upgraduates and the eight dimensions of well-being, and the modeling results show that idealization and controllability have a direct positive effect on well-being.Conclusion: 1, Positive illusion includes three dimensions which are idealization, controllability and optimism.2, The idealization and controllability of positive illusion have a direct positive effect on well-being.
