In recent years, children of migrant laborers get the attention from all sectors of society. Asthey are future builder and successor of the city, researches about their mental health statusbecome an active field of psychology.This research took453primary and middle school students as the research object, from4schools for children of migrant laborers in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. The method of questionnairesurvey was used to understand the basic condition of their subjective well-being. Through dataanalysis, whether their attitude to money, achievement motivation, and subjective well-beingwere different in gender, whether they are only child, whether knowing about family income,whether having fixed housing, grade, amount of monthly pocket mondy, and favourite subjects,and the relationship between the three variables were futher discussed. The results of the studyare as follows:1.The general level of life satisfaction of migrant laborers' children was higher than themedium level, mainly positive emotional experience; female students' subjective well-being washigher than that of male students; subjective well-being of children with siblings was higher thanthat of the only child; subjective well-being of children who didn't know about family incomewas higher than that of who know about family income; the life satisfaction of children whohave fixed housing was higher than that of who had not; there's a tendency of lower subjectivewell-being with the higher of the grade; subjective well-being of children have medium amountof monthly pocket money was higher than that of who have too little or too much; lifesatisfaction of children who like liberal arts was higher than that of who like science, that ofchildren who don't like any subject was lower than who like science, liberal arts, and music,sport and art.2. On achievement motivation of migrant laborers' children: female students' was higherthan that of male students; children with siblings was higher than the only child; children whodon't know family income were higher than who knew family income; the higher the of grade,achievement motivation went lower, the the minimum comes in8thgrade, while in9thgrade itcomes higher; that of children who don't like any subject was lower than who like science, liberalarts, and music, sport and art.3. On attitude to money of migrant laborers' children: male students' was higher than femalestudents'; the only child was higher than children with siblings; children who knew familyincome was higher than who didn't know family income; with the higher grade, the attitude tomoney went higher; children who have less pocket money was lower than who have more;children who like arts was lower than who like science and who don't like any subjects, children like music, sport and art was lower than who don't like any subjects.4. Attitude to money of migrant laborers' children has negative correlation with lifesatisfaction and positive emotion experience, has positive correlation with negative emotionexperience. Achievement motivation has positive correlation with life satisfaction and positiveemotion experience, has negative correlation with negative emotion experience, has negativecorrelation with attitude to money. In the relationship between achievement motive andsubjective well-being, attitude to money worked as an intervening variable.
