Middle School Students' Inferiority Influences Their Social Withdrawal

From the special of middle school student, they are in the "crisis stage". They are sensitive and rebel, so they urgently need society's and school's attention. Because of the particularity of the middle school students, the inferiority and social withdrawal are likely to happen. But these two parts are unobvious problems, so they are less likely to be found from the outside world. But they will have bad effects on Middle school students'bodies and minds. Through the study of middle school students'relationship between inferiority and social withdrawal, not only can expand the applied field of study of psychology, but also can improve the middle school students~1mental health through exact prevention effectively.This paper based on these two aspects to explore whether exists obvious phenomenon of these two parts, and to explore whether exists cause-result relationship between inferiority and social withdrawal.Inferiority refers to the low negative emotion of self assessment. Social withdrawal refers to a kind of cross time, across the consistency of the situation, that no matter in unfamiliar surroundings or familiar environment, no matter whether the company or other people present, all permanent solitude behavior. This research is on the basis of literature analysis, considering the mental characteristics and psychological demand of middle school student, compiled the suitable social withdrawal questionnaire for middle school students. And it accompanied with existing inferiority to study303middle school students'current situation of inferiority and social withdrawal. And it analyses the relationship between inferiority and social withdrawal. The main conclusions are follows:1The social withdrawal applied in middle school students is formed by three characters, including unsociable, shy, avoidance.2The middle school students'inferiority and social withdrawal level both above the average. There is a high relevance between inferiority and social withdrawal. And inferiority has its prediction effect on social withdrawal.Based on the survey discussed above, conbining these years'theories and researches from home and abroad, the thesis gives some suggestions to prevent and improve inferiority and social withdrawal. These suggestions can help educational workers offer effective guidance to middle school students.
