Migrant children, as a vulnerable groups, have emerged nearly two decades, Whose the education-equality problem has become a focus of public attention. The study on migrant children'educational mainly concentrated in present situation research, family education research, the survival and development of the school of migrant workers'children and so on. With detailed and in-depth analysis, physical and mental health of migrant children have become the focus of social attention, especially the discrimination of affecting physical and mental health. The discrimination affect not only the healthy growth of the migrant children but also the harmonious development of society.The issue of discrimination in this papef is analyzed from the sociological perspective for the first time. By literature study, questionnaire, interview method, observation and so on, analysis on the present situation of discrimination against migrant children in education field is more in-depth and systematic.Then from the macro-view, medium-view and micro-view, the subject of discrimination and the main reason of discrimination are analyzed On the basis of the above, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, Specifically, the paper is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction, first introduced the origins of this study, a literature review of this study, the choice of topics of paper and study object, and defines the main concepts in paper,and then explain the significance of the study. The second part, discussed the theoretical basis and the importance of the "elimination of of discrimination against migrant children". And then combed and analyzed "equality value and meaning in different periods at home and abroad. Purpose is to provide strong theoretical support for the "eliminate discrimination against migrant children".The third part, detailed analyzed education inequality of Migrant children in educational opportunities, educational conditions, the education process and educational results in the field of education, purpose is to clarify the present situation of the discrimination against migrant children.The fourth part, the author analyzed the system composition of the discrimination against migrant children. From the three main fields of macro-view, medium-view and micro-view, demonstrated "the system of discrimination against migrant children" is the criss-crossing and very complex network system, which is composed of the interacting of the three fields of political, social and ideological-cultural. It help to identify the subject of discrimination by analyzing discrimination system, in order to targeted solve the problem.The fifth part is the cause of leading to discrimination and the consequences of the discrimination. First, analyzed the cause of discrimination by policy-related discrimination cumulating vertically, non-policy-related discrimination passing horizontally, inherent rural culture and natural factors and migrant children'parent own Inner Quality and so on. Second, analyzed how the discrimination system impacts on this groups.The sixth part puts forward strategies and proposals about it. Based on all above, we hope that all of children (including migrant children and native children) can learn and live happily in the non-discrimination environment.
