From The Perspective Of Social Justice Masses Event And To The Authority Restriction

In recent years, group events of our country occurred frequency rising, and the scale has continued to expand, which has caused extensive concerns of the community, that government and the experts have carried out relevant studies. In this article looks, the group events seem with current our country in the social transition period, new social order is still not fully established, incomplete system of power distribution, because of using supervision and the problems existing in the lead to social fairness of these very big concern. In this process, system is being perfected, but in the current condition, our country in power allocation and supervision of still exists many bugs, directly reflect is male abuse of power, and of public power abuse result was a social injustice, this will cause the social contradictions intensifies, increased mass dissatisfaction, direct embodiment of the frequent occurrence is group incidents.So aiming the condition of China that masses event happens continuously in recent years, this paper attempts to explain from the perspective of social justice . Clear the direct reason that masses event happened and deep-rooted reasons for, expounds group incidents and power corruption and restricting power relations ,and on this basis, put forward relevant control measures about group events. Full text mainly consists of four parts:Part one: Related introduction to the theory of the perspective of social justice masses event. The paper mainly expounds the concepts involved, clears the meanings of social justice, power, group incidents and related contents, analysis the characteristics, influence of masses event.Part two: The causes of group event. This part mainly from the direct reasons and the deep reasons two aspects to elaborate why the masses event happened, focuses on the social transformation and social injustice to the influence of group incidents.Part three: Corruption's influence on fair. Mainly discusses the power corruption's hazards in Economy, system, and judicial.Part four: Power supervision and social justice and harmony. According to the analysis of the above, this section is proposed the corresponding solution measures of masses event. Mainly from the resource allocation, government reform, the group incident prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, social psychology and legal consciousness popularization four aspects are proposed.
