The Government's Position In China's Urban Social Medical Insurance

Administrative law is not deeply involved in the Social medical insurance system which is a traditional field of economic law in a long time. On the other hand, urban social medical insurance system is always a social hot issue, but there are few academic results in the department of administrative direction. The definition and discussion of responsibility for the government are less concerned by the administrative law scholars.The thesis is based on the "Social Insurance Law "and the medical insurance Administrative legislation to sort out.
