The Government Responsibility Research Social Medical Insurance In Our Country

In recent decades, China’s social medical insurance system has changed severaltimes, however, with the advance of economic reform, the problem of "difficulty andhigh cost of medical service" had appeared gradually. By analyzing social medicalinsurance system exists of problem, researching the responsibility performance statusand the existing of problem of the Government in medical area, discussed what theGovernment responsibility should be theoretically, analyzed the role and the basicresponsibilities that the China Government should bear in the development process ofmedical insurance system in the future of China, and Combined with the governmentmanagement features of medical insurance abroad,analyzing the reference significancefrom other countries’ experience. At last, the paper gave the suggestions in improvingChina’s Government responsibilities of social medical insurance facing the existingproblems. Analyzing from the perspective of government responsibility of problemsexisting in the reform of China’s social medical insurance system, so as to arrive atconcrete measures to improve government responsibility, means an important practicalsignificance for promoting medical system reform successfully in practice of levels,improving the medical security system in China to protect the fairness of publicmedical services.
