Research On The Inner Governance Mechanism Of Social Association

With the process of reform and opening-up,China's social association has experienced a course of consistant innovation and development. China's social association has become a significant power of national socialist modernization construction,and has played an important role in the social economic development,domain of culture and politics,boosting democratic process,interrnational communication and cooperation.At present,China's social association is on the increase of 10 to 15 percent every year.Till the end of 2009,the amount of social association registered in all kinds of countrywide civil adminiatrations is 235 thousand,which account for 55% of the total amount of non-profit organization. However,comparing with other countries all over the world,the development of China's social association lags behind-less quantity, lower quality,lack of vigor,limited wielding function. It is of important theoretical and practical meaning for us to perfect the inner governance mechanism of social association and exert the its function better so as to realize the objective of harmonious society.In this dissertation,firstly,we explain the conceptions of the social association,non-profit organization,inner governance mechanism,etc.,introducing the framework of inner governance mechanism of China's social association at present,elucidating the realistic problems and plights existing in it,and analyzing the reasons.Secondly,we introduce the main mode of governance mechanism of non-profit organization of modern developed countries. We draw effective method and enlightenment to improve the inner operating mechanism of China's social association through the comparison and reference of governance mechanism of foreign non-profit organization.According to the preceding analysis,we elicit several proposals to perfect the inner governance mechanism of social association,mainly:rationalize the relationship between government and the social association,realizing the separation of them;normalize the producing method of membership representatives, directors and supervisors;constitute the Act of Social Association;implement the governmental purchasing project linkage strategy;perfect the operating mechanism of the inner social association;accelerate the exploitation of human resource;construct good surroundings of inner governance mechanism.
