First the article introduces the community development theory and public service theory, then it describes the scope of the rural public service. After the simply review of the development process of rural public service supply in China, it illustrates perfecting the practical significance of rural public service in the rural community development following in succession. Next, it uses a huge universe of data to analyze the problems of the current rural public service supply in Zaozhuang and it also analyze from the aspects of the aggregate supply, supplying structure, supplying platform, development project and etc to point out the conceret performance of rural public service in Zaozhuang. Then, the article analyzes the main reason of the formation of the problem of rural public service in Zaozhuang. It seek after the enlightenings which has the significance of developing Zaozhuang area through it.. Finally, with the analysis and the experience of some areas, it poses the stratagy and suggestions of resolving the problem of the lack of rural public service in Zaozhuang:bring the leading role of the government in rural public service supple into full play; develop the marketization of rural public service supply; make the best possible use of the function of the platform of community public service.
