Research On The Project Management Of Women's Federation Works

Women's Federation work is an important part of the Party's work. It takes on an important mission in organizational women, guiding women, servicing and protecting the legal rights and interests of women. As the rapid developing of the socialist market economy, and science and technology, especially the improving of the information technology, there are many new situations and new questions in women's work, so the object and content of women's federation work is changing. The transition of the economic system put forward new requirements to women's organizations mechanism, working content and thinking method etc.In order to rise to the challenges that the Women's Federation work is facing, the subject of the project management theory and model is introduced to Women's Federation work. Through the creation of novel and meaningful activities projects, we can explore and innovate new methods to change the traditional Women's Federation work mode. To accomplish these objectives, this paper tries to establish a new mechanism for project management. Through the temporary organization and operation mechanism and effective planning, organization, leading and controlling, we can make full use of the existing resources and design a systemic management method. Paper is divided into five chapters.First chapter is an introduction. In the basis of comprehensive analysis the background of selected topic, significance and the present's research situation in domestic and foreign foundation, further clearly defined that the project management is an important strategy to impel the Women's Federation works, and further clearly defined that strengthening the project operation must become innovates Women's Federation to move the way an important direction under the new historical condition; Implementing the project management in Women's Federation Works, will conductive to scientific decision-making, help to improve the efficiency of women's work and to enhance the competitiveness of Women's Work. Finally, proposed this topic research technique, the research mentality and the frame. Second chapter is necessity for the implementation of the project management of Women's Federation works. First, according to the system which the project management process discusses, elaborated the project management flow; second, analyzed the main question and the challenge for Women's Federation works meeting in new times, such as the tendency of a serious administrative, management method can not to adapt to new situation, etc; Finally, analyzed the necessity of introducing project management, and briefly analyze the condition and the foundation to implement the project administration.Third chapter is the implementation of design in project management work of the Women's Federation.In the basis of analyzing the feature of project management of Women's Federation works, carefully analyze the basic idea of the project design and the implementation of the project in accordance with the view of foregoing process.Fourth chapter is the difficulties in the implementation of the project management and suggestions. This chapter analyzed the difficulties in implement process of the project management ,and proposed specific recommendation in entry creation of the project, responsibility realization, process management, result appraisal, mechanism safeguard and personnel quality enhancement, put forward the concrete proposal, etc.Fifth chapter analyzed and summarized the actualization status of the society support program project about homely abused woman of Qingdao Women's Federation system, for further validating the necessity of implementing the project management in Women's Federation works.
