The Democracy is complex and obscure, the functioning of democracy is the complicated program design and institutional arrangements. In modern democratic society, elections are the core of political activities.30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic, political, cultural and social construction has scored great achievements in political civilization, the economic impact of the waves of civilization, characterized by local community in rural Chinese society has changes. The direct election of township innovation and reform can be said that rural democracy is a bright spot in China, Meanwhile, the reality of theoretical practice and academia industry focus on the reform.This article is based on the direct election of township's perspective discusses the prospects for the development of front democracy through the combination of literature and empirical studies, classification comparison, visits to the research methods from Renyi,Tianquan,Sichuan Province show township chief general election scene, from the macro to micro, comparative analysis of election theory of the case experience, weaknesses and problems are found, then the township perfecting the direct election-related, and further development of China's democracy, it is also carried out the original purpose of this study In this paper, the work of the five areas:Chapter One, introduction.description of the background and significance of domestic and international literature review, research routes, methods and main content.Chapter Two, about the rural democracy comprehensive analysis. The rural grass-roots focus from the social basis of democracy, the profile of rural democracy and democratic reform of township three aspects of the theory of a comprehensive analysis. Focus on building grassroots democracy in rural areas the political basis of the economic base, cultural foundation, communication and other content based on the analysis. Recalling the construction of rural grassroots democracy and the development of course content-related and described the theory of democratic political reform and the township.ChapterThree, to promote rural democracy of the feasibility and necessity. Contemporary Chinese decision-making focus from democratization and scientific trends, innovative pilot reform debate, the election of the same in the pursuit of diversity, the problems of township government and the presidential election and so on democracy of the feasibility and necessity of analysis.Chapter Four, the direct election of township reform pilot summary and case studies.
