After World WarⅡ, a lot of National Countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America escaped from colonial rule and gained independence; it has a great promotion to the power of the Third World. The foundation and development of developing countries has an epoch-making significance in the world history. After independence, Mercantilism, Authoritarianism, Corporatism, Neo-liberalism and so on are practiced on developing countries'economy by their own or be forced by others. After decades of exploration, some of them achieved qualitative leap, the national economic capability and people's living standards improved greatly; on the other hand, there are still some countries growing slowly, and struggling among civil war, confusion and so on. Today, we have entered the 21st century, the world market has a further expansion with the developing of globalization; ties between Countries are much closer. The developing countries should try their best to integrate into the international community; both attach importance to local reality and successful experiences of society construction in Western and NICs. Only in this way can developing countries'achieve a suitable model for their needs to fulfill economic, political and social development and play an increasingly important role in world system; and then become an important power in maintaining world peace and establishing new international political and economic order.
