Research On The Origin And Disposition Strategy Of The Colonial Paroxysmal Abruptness Incidents

The social-economical structure and paradigm shift of the social in China is experiencing a deep change now. For the original structure was broken and the new profit equilibration regime is still not perfect, all kinds of complicated social contradiction increased and intensified, meanwhile, the deep changes happened in the political, economic and cultural field. The social contradiction caused by the land acquisition and expropriation, housing demolition, labor disturbances, ownership change of state-owned enterprises, the job-hunting of college students and environmental pollution can easily be ignited and expanded into massive emergency. In recent years,the breaking-out of massive emergency has been more frequent, the effective is more wide, behavior method is more vigorous and systemize degree is more high. This kind of massive emergency becomes a prominent problem which affect the stable development of the social, and it also retard construction of the harmonious socialist society. How to correctly understand, pre-empt and handle the occurrence of massive emergency is a big question for governments at all levels in China now.This thesis bases on plenty of great massive emergencies that happened in China recently, combining the practice that the Armed Police Forces taking part in and handling the massive emergencies, beginning with the correct understanding the conception of the massive emergencies, discussing and researching on its concept, character and development trends in the future, and dialectical analyzing the negative influence that the massive emergencies bring with and the positive influence for the social development. This thesis analyzes the inner and deep reasons that cause the massive emergency from the aspects of political science, sociology and economics, discussing how to construct the mechanism of pre-empt and deal with the massive emergency, considering and suggesting the scientific method and the effective countermeasures that the government resolve the massive emergency.
