Like the two rounds of the carriage and the wings of birds, it is undoubtedly the physical foundation of the living and development of the police work and directly impacts on global dimension and public security work, especially in the event of unexpected and catastrophic incidents frequently in recent years. In order to satisfy the command of our country about building powerful police work, it must build a powerful police logistics system.In the new century, the police logistics will meet an enormous change. Not only concepts, personnel quality but funding and administrative support infrastructure are all must restructure and make strategic thinking in order to safeguard our country's political stability and social stability, especially in fighting against criminal for the work of the public security with an important supporting role.The police logistics informatization is just the impetus to promote development of police logistics fast and efficiently. Police logistics informatization system is an application system, which deals with various of public security information and can be maintained and used by computer and internet. They integrate the theories such as science of computer, the public security information and system theories. The construction and development of the public security information system have mostly advanced function to bring into the strategic of "science and technology strengthen the police" and police modernizations.However, the existing logistics department of the public security organs is weak in information management, and it is difficult to adapt to the need of contemporary logistics support. Police process management is the realization of police logistics informatization from soloed applications to distributed building cross-sectoral and cross-system's integrated construction applications, and then to the seamless sharing of building applications in the development process of inevitable path. The present study in depth analysis of public information on the basis of existing problems, propose solutions to these problems effectively means police process management, and focusing on the police the meaning of process management, target role, implementing paths, support for systems research. After analyzing and sorting the process, the reconstruction of police process can be realized. It is hoped that the police process management can promote public security system accelerate in China.This paper researches the path of the implementation of police logistics informationizing with cases support of Shanghai police logistics informatization.
