| As the latest achievement of Marxism in China, scientific outlook on development is the newest scientific methodology and guideline for practicing in all aspects currently and for a long time from now on. In order to face the new changes and futures in the new era, we must implemented the scientific development perspective into the daily work to improve the current situation in college Communist Youth League.In this paper, the scientific development perspective using to guide the work of college Communist Youth League is served as the breakthrough point to study the case of Communist Youth League work in Nanjing Xiaozhuang University. It is divided into three parts. In the first part, it studies the changing idea in college Communist Youth League under the scientific development perspective, and mainly in giving the consideration to the change of notion in innovation, service and system. In the second part, it focuses on the analysis of the present status in Nanjing Xiaozhuang University Youth League, mainly on the achievements and problems with analysis. In the third part, it talks the scientific approach in implementing the scientific outlook on development in Nanjing Xiaozhuang University Communist Youth League, and mainly focus on improving the main principles and implementation approach.Combing theory with practice and case analysis are the two main methods used in this paper, its value is to seek a more practical approach to improve the work in Communist Youth League of Nanjing Xiaozhuang University. |
