Since 1980s,accompanied with the emergence of"Associational Revolution"in the worldwide,international non-governmental organizations have developed rapidly in terms of not only quantity,scale,areas of activities,but also influence.In the process of social change,more and more international non-governmental organizations come into China,and have increasingly playing an important role in different fields,such as poverty alleviation,education,and medical treatment.The development of international non-government organizations in China attracts many scholars'attention;however,most of their research focuses on several fields like given projects in China,the effects on China's social development and their existence problems,not to draw on the experiences of other countries.This essay elaborates on the topic of INGOs'meaning,characteristics and the current regulatory landscape for INGOs in China;While analyzes the existing problems,we also introduces the supervising experiences of the other countries;Furthermore, in accordance with the current situation,the article offers the improving approaches.
