| With the further deepen of economic globalization, corruption has been a serious and chronic disease, which affected the political stability, economic development and harmony society as the global social phenomenon and problem. Therefore how to validly prevent and control corruption, and promote the worldwide anti-corruption system has been the public concern of international society. As an important formation of national integrity system, non-governmental organizations play more and more important role in participating in the anti-corruption practice. According to draw lessons from Transparency International, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong of East Asia, this thesis attempts to seek the effective approach which adapting to the situation of China on participating in controlling corruption of non-governmental organizations.Transparency International and partial countries of East Asian experience shows that it's not enough to simply depend on public power supervision within the system. The social factors' function must be developed. They should be widely participated in controlling corruption. As the non-governmental organizations have some characteristics, such as organizational characteristics, non-governmental characteristics, non-profitable characteristics, autonomic characteristics etc. So they can advocate the conception of anti-corruption, and waken the publics'anti-corruption consciousness. They also can supervise and restrict the public power, and can report and supervise cases. Non-governmental organizations'function has been concerned by the public. They play more and more important role as a main part of anti-corruption.But compared to other countries, the non-governmental organizations'development of our country is late, and the research and practice of controlling corruption is scant. So drawing lessons from other countries is vital. The non-governmental organizations of our country can play important role in advocating the conception of anti-corruption, and wakening the publics' consciousness of anti-corruption. They also can play important role in supervising and restricting the public power etc.The effective anti-corruption in our country should mainly depend on the institutions of our party and state. The people and non-governmental organizations of our country should play active and assistant role. Our country and society should form the positive interaction. Only if the anti-corruption institutions and non-governmental organizations in our country form the positive interaction, can our clean and honest society's construction be health and rapid. |
