Since the beginning of last century, international non-governmental organizations have pursued international goals and taken an active part in international affairs, thus giving full play to the development of global politics, economy and culture. With the acceleration of globalization, international non-governmental organizations, of increasing prominence in world communities, are indispensable in global development. Given that international non-governmental organizations are becoming significant in due course in international relations, world communities should think highly of their legal status in international laws. However, since international non-governmental organizations only own legal status theoretically in their national laws, they fail to carry out international affairs orderly on the basis of relevant rules. Besides, whether international non-governmental organizations can perform their functions and achieve their goals independently and effectively or not are affected directly by the roles they play in international laws. So the current studies will focus on three aspects——the related notions and activity manners of international non-governmental organizations, the corpus status of international non-governmental organizations in international laws, the influences of non-governmental organizations on China and our own positions. The study will further analyze the legal corpus status qualification of international non-governmental organizations from the perspective of international laws.
