Mao Zedong led the Chinese people after decades of struggle and the construction of the Marxist theory of human rights with the combination of the actual situation in China, Mao Zedong creatively put forward the unique Human Rights.Mao Zedong Thought of human right is an important part of Mao Zedong's Thought, which based on the unique product of China's conditions, and also based on the Marxist Theory of the enrichment and development of human rights.Mao Zedong's Thought on Human Rights has both a strong national consciousness, but also has a strong spirit of internationalism; both concerned with the survival and development of the Chinese people, but also an international outlook and the liberation struggle of the people. In this paper, the theory of Mao Zedong Thought origin of human rights start with a comprehensive introduction to Mao Zedong Thought in human rights and the theoretical foundation, and then further elaborated in the core of human rights thought of Mao Zedong and Mao Zedong Thought of Human Rights Features and Inspiration. The main text is divided into four parts: the first part, the system introduces the concept and characteristics of human rights; the second part, elaborated on the emergence and formation of Mao Zedong Thought of human rights theory of origins; the third part, focusing on the analysis of the human rights of Mao Zedong Thought content and features, namely: national independence and national self-determination, the right political and economic development, people's educational rights, minority rights and the rights of prisoners of war and criminals, human rights thought the class nature, breadth and international and other characteristics; IV expounded Mao Zedong Thought Human Rights Implications of the construction of modern human rights: to strengthen and consolidate the leadership of the party people's democratic dictatorship; improve the legal system, improve the protection of human rights; establish a correct view of human rights standards.
