Research On Problems And Solutions Of Party Building In Private Enterprises In Western Areas In New Era

In the new era, with the rapid transition from planned economy system to market economy system, marketization reform goes to greater depth and economic structure continually optimizes. It is in the critical period of social transition that private enterprises in China have achieved very rapid development and become the new channel and important field of absorbing employment. In all, private enterprises in China are making more and more contributions to society. At the same time, the private enterprise owners and its staff appear and grow. They quickly become a new social stratum who can affect social development. How to lead and cultivate them and how to make private enterprises develop healthily need to be answered and solved by the Chinese Communist Party in ruling process. So the party puts forward the party building, an important political task in private enterprises. Strengthening party organization building in private enterprises is not only a requirement of integrating benefit bodies and leading private enterprises develop healthily, but also an inherent demand of consolidating the party ruling base and enhancing the ruling capability of the party.Based on the investigation and research of private enterprises'party building conditions in Neijiang city, using the scientific research achievements of others, dialectical materialism and historical materialism, and the party building theory of Marxism and Chinese communist party building theory, the dissertation objectively analyzes party building situation and existing problems in private enterprise, and probes into the causes of the problems produced. Party building in Private enterprise is very necessary and important. Some party building problems in private enterprise are as follows:(1) from the organization perspective, party organization's characteristics determines the weakness of party building work. (2) from personal perspective, lack of party building recognitions, behavior and ability exists in some employees. (3) from management perspective, there are some difficulties in private enterprise party organization management. (4) from organization activities perspective, carrying out private enterprise party organization activities is much more difficult. (5) from the contingent perspective, the construction of party contingent in private enterprises is extremely poor. (6) from the perspective of effect, the private enterprise party organizations don't play their due roles. The deep reasons are as follows:the interests arrangement in private enterprises is the basic cause of party building'weakness, there are absence of scientificity of party organization management and the private enterprises employees'recognition deviation of party building exists. Finally, the dissertation puts forward some solutions to the problems of private enterprise party building work in western areas, such as establishing the learning party organization, heightening business owners'and party members'party building recognition, clearing and definiting the orientation of party organization, strengthening team construction of the party, innovating party building work mechanism.
