Inner-party democracy, are political rights of all party members and the political system with all party members can be the masters in the party. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, The communist party of China pay special attention to the democratic construction and the inner-party democracy developped healthily. However, the direction of inner-party democratic development appeared deviation from then. After the third plenary session of The communist party of China ,the inner-party democracy develop gradually back on track and the system is also continuously improving. At present, our party as the core leader of socialism with Chinese characteristics, develop the inner-party democracy can give a historical significance for the development of people's democracy, the initiative of the party member and the political system reform . Even though the development of inner-party democracy has made bigger achievement, but there are still restricting factors for the further development ,such as the influence of traditional political culture, and the disadvantages of inner-party democratic system itself, etc. In order to promoting the inner-party democracy to develop better and faster ,we not only need to constantly improve the system of party congresses, the party committee system, the inner-party electoral system and the inner-party supervision system, but also need to respect the party member's main body status.
