"Communist Wind" Appeared In The Movement Of People's Commune And Its Correction

In 1958, the movement of people's commune is established in our country, with the movement grew rapidly in our vast countryside, a new social phenomenon the"Communist Wind"occur at the same time."Communist Wind"is not only an important feature of the people's commune movement, but also a serious problem caused by this movement. It seriously undermined the social and economic development, brought disastrous loss to our party and people. Facing the serious situation, Mao Zedong and the CPC Central Committee took various measures to against communization and rectified the communization fundamentally .With these policy measures, the agricultural production and economic developed rapidly.In this article, there are four parts: the rise of the"Communist Wind", the forms of the"Communist Wind"and its hazards; the rectification of the"Communist Wind";the signification and the limitations of the rectification for the"Communist Wind".The first part mainly discusses the social background of the"Communist Wind"and the cause of the"Communist Wind".With movement of people's communes established in our country, the"Communist Wind"raised in our vast countryside. It is the people's commune movement inevitable result.The second part outlines the forms of the"Communist Wind"and its characteristics, then analyze its harm to our party and people. The"Communist Wind"caused serious damage to our country, in the economy, dampen our enthusiasm of farmers to produce, undermine the productive forces ;in the political, impair the party and state's image, the relationship between the cadres and masses;in the mental, debase the cadres and masses ideological confusion.The third part introduce the CPC Central Committee took various measures to rectify the"Communist Wind". In the beginning of"Communist Wind", Mao Zedong and the CPC Central Committee realized the problem, and took some measures to rectify it, the"Communist Wind"was prevented on a certain degree. But after Lushan Conference, the party's correct process was interrupted, the"Communist Wind"blowing up again .Our rural economy was severely damaged, facing the serious situation, the CPC Central Committee issued a series of policy measures to solve the problem and finally rectified the"Communist Wind".Part four analyzes the signification and the limitations of rectify the"Communist Wind". The article elaborates that the measures to rectify the"Communist Wind"has great significance, but it still has negative effect.
