Innovation Research On Urban Community Governance In China

Urban community is a relatively independent social community in a certain area,composed of crowds of people who live a particular way of life and share a sense of member belonging.The changes of the urban community structure will inevitably cause the innovative transformation of governance pattern of the urban community. Since the 1990s, our country gradually started trying the experimental unit of transitional development of urban community governance pattern,which promotes the reformation of urban community managing system. China has accumulated rich experiences for more than 20 years.encountering the bottleneck of the innovation at the same time.It is imperative to break the trap in order to solve problems faced with the community management system reform.The essay focuses on analysis of the social structural change in China’s urban community of area, population and rank at present,on the change of the mode of city community construction and management, and on various problems faced with innovative community governance.In the essay,Ⅰ’ Ⅱ introspect the inevitable choice and the trend of China’s urban grassroots community’s service management system reform nowadays, and the basic principles which shall be observed.Meanwhile,the essay will take Jian Ye district,Nanjing as an example for implementing community service management system innovation, analyze its organization structure, operation cost and the actual benefit.By exploring the underlying contradictions of its existence, thinking about how to achieve organic combination between government and residents’autonomy, we’ll find effective solutions to realize the scientific,standardized and democratic management of community service management.From the theoretical level, this article makes every effort to enrich the content of the reform of the mechanism of community governance system and substantiate the theoretical basis of urban grassroots community management system reform in our country.At the same time, the research of the social community service management system innovation in the territory of Social management science can extend the field and the width of social management theory research.From a practical level, this paper aims to think about how to create livable happiness shelter, straighten out the three-level structure of area, street,and community and explore new pattern of social management and service with all heart in the aspect of improving the community service pertinence and effectiveness of the management system reform and creating community vitality.Therefore,we can build a road which can carry good community governance and build good community governance service reform path.
