The Study On The Management Of Major Sports Events Volunteer

Volunteer service is an important symbol of the modern society civilization. It can promote the social development under the new situation. It's also an effective way for people to participate in social and public affairs. With The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2010 Guangzhou Asian games have been successfully held in China, the volunteers play a more important part in sports events. They got society recognized with free, quality service. With the expansion of the scale of sporting events, the number of volunteers multiplied, volunteers management is particularly important.This paper take volunteers of the large sporting events for research object, analyzed the management of large sporting events volunteers from theory and empirical aspects, learn from foreign advanced experience of volunteers management, research suitable volunteers management methods for China.This paper are divided into five parts, including the research purpose, research significance and the current research situation both at home and abroad, this paper expounds the concepts of volunteers, large sporting events volunteers, large sporting events volunteers management and the value of large sporting events volunteers management, analyzed the problems in large sporting events volunteers management. Based on an empirical study at volunteers management of the 11th Hunan province games, and take example by advanced experience of large sporting events volunteers management at home and abroad, this paper put forward effective ways to improve the management of large sporting events , in order to provide realistic basis and theoretical basis for the large sporting events volunteers management in the future.
