As the development of volunteer services in China becomes more and more modernized,various volunteers and volunteer organizations continue to grow and develop in the course of development.At the same time,they also face some problems that remain unresolved.How to make volunteer organizations and related volunteers Service can be close to the requirements of the new era.This is an important issue.For example,the management of volunteers in large-scale sports events is an important manifestation of the maturity of the capacity of volunteer organizations in social affairs.In the future,more large-scale sports events will be held in China,and large numbers of volunteers will be required to participate in large-scale sports events to provide high-quality services for the events.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the management of sports event volunteers.This article takes the volunteers of large-scale sporting events as the research object,and takes the volunteer Xiao Guouo,who provides event services in the first National Youth Games held in Fuzhou in October 2015,as an example to combine interviews with volunteers to issue questionnaires.Investigate the characteristics of volunteers in large-scale sports events in China and establish an evaluation index system for the effectiveness of volunteer management.The indicators of this evaluation system are through in-depth interviews with managers and backbone volunteers of the Volunteer Work Team of the Youth Games Athletics Executive Committee.Finally,the specific evaluation indicators of each element were refined accordingly,and the weights of the evaluation indicators were determined by the AHP method.The evaluation system for the effectiveness of the event's volunteer management was established completely.A volunteer survey questionnaire was designed using the evaluation system constructed to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the volunteer management of the first National Youth Games,and to sort out the existence of the first Youth Games in volunteer recruitment screening,training,scheduling,incentives,and other aspects.The problem.As government departments play the most important organizational and leadership role in volunteer activities in most sports events in China,the effectiveness of government management is insufficient,the attention of the volunteer organization management department,the overall quality of volunteers are low,and the awareness of volunteer service culture is not high.The problems such as the incomplete recruitment of volunteers,the formalization of volunteer training and the lack of volunteer incentives and guarantees have emerged.In response to the above problems,the paper proposes five suggestions for scientific recruitment and selection of volunteers,improvement of volunteer training systems,effective integration of volunteer resources,improvement of volunteer protection and incentive systems,and establishment of a corresponding volunteer exit system.Volunteer Management in Large-scale Sports Events Provides Reference.
